We Need people to bring extra powerbars to plug the computers in for the LAN.  I have a LOT of people coming that are bringing computers, and I do not believe we have the right amount of outlets, so if people could bring powerbars, that would be fantastic

We have reached the capacity for the Convention hall with the number of people registered for it.

If this is the case, I’m going to have to discourage walk in traffic for the Con on the 17th, I can only have 180 people in the room at one time… I’m sure people won’t be there for 100% of the con, so I’ll try and keep an eye on how many people are there, but I might have to turn people who aren’t registered away.  I’ll let walk in traffic in, but if they haven’t registered before hand, I’ll have keep names of the people who didn’t register before, and those people will be asked to leave if it means that someone who registered would not be allowed in. Those who’re asked to leave will have their money refunded, as they didn’t attend the entire convention.

I didn’t expect such a huge turnout for this, I almost hope some people don’t show for the Convention Hall, as I’m worried about turning people away, I don’t want to do that.

If this goes over well, next year I’ll book a bigger location for more people, then this won’t be a problem.

note:  the limit on people does not count for Playdium on the 16th, bring your friends! 300 people could show for all I care, Playdium takes care of all of that… I was told specifically to tell people to bring their friends.
