It's not either of those things. I've seen you stroke that single hair over and over, like a bird trying to coax out a worm.
I'm not sure what you meant to accomplish by bringing up my own head - that I'm not a "Hair Expert" or something? That I don't know it's secret ways? It certainly seems to elude your chin, maybe there is something mysterious about it after all.
