The $200,000 goal of our Kickstarter came with a very cool reward. We recorded a podcast of my son Gabe's table top game. You might remember we did a series of comics about it a while back and since then he has continued to work on it. Tycho, Scott and I all sat down with Gabe a few weeks ago to play the latest version of Lost Lands and we recorded the game!
I know he's my son and I am a little biased but If I were Chris Perkins I'd watch out because there's a new super DM in town. Honestly I'm incredibly proud of him. I offered the occasional bit of advice but this is his game and his mechanics and his words. It's got some balance issues that I think you'll see when you listen to the game but overall I think he's got some honest to goodness cool ideas and fun mechanics.
